Consultations

• Consultation forms and labs for review must be uploaded at the time of scheduling.

• Payment must be made at the time of scheduling.

• Basic consultations must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

• Consultations w/ labs must be (re)scheduled 72 hours in advance.

• Complex Consultations must be (re)scheduled 72 hours in advance.

• Appointments may be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment. All cancellations will incur a $25.00 charge.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will not be refunded except at Genesis Health LLC’s discretion.

Products & Services

• The fees for services and products purchased on this website are non-refundable, except at Genesis Health LLC’s discretion.
